How do I access the Exhibitor Hub?

You can access the Exhibitor Hub using the link provided to your main organising contact via email. If you're unsure of your login details, please contact your company's main organising administrator or your sales representative.

Can all of my team use the Exhibitor Hub? 

Yes, once logged in your compny's main administrator can add additional contacts and grant access to other team members, allowing your wider team to collaborate within the Exhibitor Hub. We recommend your Marketing & Sales teams have full access.

Who is the main exhibitor administrator?

The main exhibitor administrator is the primary contact designated for your company when exhibiting. This person receives the initial login details and can manage access for other team members. If you're unsure who this is, please contact your sales representative.

  1. Complete your profile 100%. This helps visitors find you and meet you at the show. 
  2. Add your products. This helps potential customers looking for your specific products to find you. 
  3. Upload your brochures. These will be shared with contacts you connect with at the show, helping to share your full product offerings.

What is my Exhibitor Profile?

Your Exhibitor Profile is your public company page on the event website.

Visitors use the Exhibitor Directory to browse exhibitors, discover products and services, and plan who they want to meet before attending the event. A complete profile helps your company stand out and increases your visibility to potential customers, it is one of the most powerful promotional tools to allow visitors to find and engage with your company.

Why should I add products or services to my profile?

Adding products or services is one of the best ways to increase your visibility. Your products will appear on the Exhibitor Directory & Product Directory.

Many visitors search for specific products or solutions rather than company names. By listing your products, you can reach potential customers who may not already be familiar with your brand.

How can I improve my visibility to visitors?

To maximise your exposure:

  1. Complete your profile to 100%. 
  2. Add all relevant products and services. 
  3. Upload brochures and marketing materials under the “documents” section 
  4. Include promotional offers through Lead Booster. 
  5. Keep your information accurate and up to date. 

Companies with complete profiles are more likely to be discovered by visitors using the Exhibitor and Product Directories.

Lead Manager App 

Capture, qualify and convert with confidence​

Turn every event interaction into a qualified sales opportunity. Capture richer visitor insights, prioritise your best prospects and follow up faster to strengthen your event return on investment.​

 

  1. Login to the Exhibitor Hub - Lead Manager App to find your company access code. This code is applicable to your whole company who share the same login. 
  2. Add your key qualifying questions. These are the questions you would like to know about your customers (Example: When do you plan to purchase? How many units do you need?) 
  3. Download Lead Manager App onto the mobile device you will use at the event. 
  4. Share your code with your full onsite team. 
  5. Scan your own badge to test. Try adding notes & rating 1-5. 
  6. Download your leads at the end of the show through Exhibitor Dashboard

   

Where can I find my access code? 

Your access code can be found in the Exhibitor Hub via the Lead Manager Services tile. It is also sent by email to your main organising contact. The code is unique to your company and can be shared with your team members.

I can’t download an app on my phone. What should I do? 

You can use our web-based version instead. Please note that this platform is designed for use on a mobile phone and is not optimised for desktop devices. https://app.emperiascan.com/#/login

Will the Lead Manager App drain my phone battery or disconnect? 

The Lead Manager app is lightweight and designed to minimise battery usage. If your device goes offline, you can continue capturing leads, and your data will automatically sync once your internet connection is restored.

Colleqt 

Never miss an opportunity to connect with the right visitors​

Give visitors an easy way to discover your business, access your digital content, and share their contact details, so you can capture more leads and continue the conversation long after the event.​

Colleqt allows visitor to express interest in you by scanning the Colleqt QR. Contact details of customers who express interest by scanning your QR will appear in your lead report instantly. 

  1. Make sure your Exhibitor Profile is complete with your correct contact information
  2. Position your QR at the front of your stand for visitors to connect easily 
  3. Download your leads through the Exhibitor Dashboard 

   

When will I receive my Colleqt QR code? 

If you have purchased a Colleqt QR code, it will be delivered to your stand on the first day of the event.

What information will I receive if a visitor scans my QR code? 

When a visitor scans your QR code, they will receive your company's contact information via your Exhibitor Profile page. This information is managed and updated in the Exhibitor Hub. If you have uploaded brochures or other documents, these will also be shared with the visitor.

Where can I find my leads? 

Your leads can be accessed within the Exhibitor Dashboard. Here, you can view and segment leads captured through Colleqt QR, as well as those collected via the Lead Manager App and Lead Booster (if applicable).

Where do I complete my Lead Booster? 

You can access and complete your Lead Booster within the Exhibitor Hub via the Lead Booster tile.

I’m not sure what offer to create. Can you help? 

If your goal is to generate the highest number of leads possible, consider offering something fun and appealing to a broad audience, such as a raffle, prize draw, stand entertainment, or a spin-the-wheel competition. If your goal is to attract targeted, high-quality leads, consider offers such as meeting your team, attending a live demonstration, booking a consultation, accessing an insights report, joining your conference session, or receiving expert advice. You can also use our free AI Offer Generator within the Lead Booster tile, which can help create tailored offers based on your objectives.

Where can I find my leads? 

Your leads can be accessed within the Exhibitor Dashboard. Here, you can view and segment your leads alongside those collected through the Lead Manager App and Colleqt (if you are using these services).

Understand visitor engagement, uncover new opportunities, and use real-time insights to optimise performance, accelerate follow-up, and demonstrate measurable return on investment.

Analyse your performance before, during and after the event through your Exhibitor Dashboard. This will give you insights into what visitors are most interested in & suggest key actions for you to take. 

  1. Access your Exhibitor Dashboard through the Exhibitor Hub
  2. Take the recommended key actions to drive your performance before the show 
  3. View your leads & analytics in real time during the event 
  4. Download & segment your leads after the event 
  5. Follow up with your leads within 48 hours. 

   

Who can download leads from my Exhibitor Dashboard? 

Only administrators within your Exhibitor Hub can access and download leads. Current administrators can add additional administrators directly within the Exhibitor Hub.

Where can I compare my performance against other exhibitors? 

Visit the Exhibitor Dashboard and select Profile Viewers. There, you can compare your performance with other exhibitors in your sector, including metrics such as how many visitors added your company to their show plan compared with others.
